Some of fixes have been backported but there are still many opened issues in Eclipse's bugzilla. 

[~supriya.bharadwaj] could you ensure that this issue will be mentioned in documentation for 10.4. like was in documentation for 10.3 please? See RHDEVDOCS-447.
