http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/neon/development/updates/rhamt/4.0.0.Beta1_/ deleted. Instead we have http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/neon/development/updates/rhamt/4.0.0.Beta1/ (which is also symlinked as /windup/4.0.0.Beta1/ just in case)
