Until Oxygen, OpenPerspecitve dialog had "Ok" button, but with oxygen, label of that button changed to "Open".

We should probably fix this in RedDeer and release 1.3 (as 2.0 is not coming anytime early, right?) and add it to TP. [~rawagner] WDYT?
