[~jyoti-jboss] for general requests and discussions, please dont use our issuetracker but the mailing-lists and chats that are listed on http://tools.jboss.org/community/
We currently only display the jenkins pipeline properties but dont allow users to create  it within Eclipse. There's a feature request for this though in JBIDE-24513 that you can watch to get notified once work on it started. The linked issues also tell you what was done for this so far.
