It looks fine in chapter 3.2. INSTALLING JBOSS DEVELOPER STUDIO IN ECLIPSE WHEN OFFLINE.
Could you add similar note in 3.1. INSTALLING JBOSS DEVELOPER STUDIO IN ECLIPSE WHEN ONLINE please? Users can meet this problem also if installing from Marketplace.
