I am not sure if fusetools is the cause, just listed additionally installed components. 
I am getting this error on startup as well:

An internal error occurred during: "Download quickstarts list".
An internal error occurred during: "Extract Central page".
An internal error occurred during: "Refreshing JBoss Buzz...".
ide-config.properties can't be loaded from the org.jboss.tools.foundation.core plugin
