I am resolving this issue as I am able to run CDK itests on win10vbox, rhel7 and mac_xhyve without fails (except some unstable builds that were caused with subscription-manager connection issue or not starting cdk, which is not connected to this jira, I believe). 

Also, there are some causes of failure of builds on each item in matrix that corresponds to each slave's configuration (aka java update failure, baseline check failure in repos, etc.) which should be addressed in particular jiras.
