My finding so far:

- Able to reproduce with [GA bits for Devsuite 2.1.0.GA|http://wonka.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/rhd/devsuiteinstaller/2.1.0.GA].
- Able to reproduce with IntelliJ IDEA IDE for upstream minishift as well. Refer [minishift#1653|https://github.com/minishift/minishift/issues/1653] 
- *Not able to reproduce with CDK 3.2 GA bits with Devstudio 11.0.0.GA from [Devsuite 2.0.1|https://developers.redhat.com/download-manager/file/devsuite-2.0.1-GA-bundle-installer.exe]*
