[~budhrg], I am not using devsuite at all and I am on macos. I could setup cdk 3.2.0 in devstudio 11.0.0.GA easily, but that's not supported at all. cdk 3.2.0 required a new server adapter to be added. Maybe you're lucky and it somehow works for you, but in any case it's not supported.
