Additional fixed needed to enable the buzz feed ticker (rather than just the static TicketMonster note):

https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/view/Devstudio/view/devstudio_master/job/jbosstools-central_master/ >=800 is green and shiny.
