Fabi Yo commented on JBIDE-24528:
---------------------------------

Really bad decision. First thing I do when installing eclipse (or JBDS or ...) is removing noise in the toolbar. eclipse provides very easy functionality for this... What noise for somebody is, can be very handy for somebody else.

It is simply very handy, like others said, to be independent of the window that is opened in JBDS.... Now I always need to have a server window open, or go to it...

And most importantly, it was working perfect! I used it for Wildfly 8, 9, 10, EAP 4, 5, 6, 7... Although nobody likes 'old' stuff in their application, it was working good, had perfect wtp integration and I know many people who are disappointed.

Might I be so rude to suggest something? Maybe remove the icons from the toolbar itself, but let the developer choose later to add it back? So no icons in the toolbar when installing, but the possibility to add it later?

> A set of actions in the toolbar for setting a default server and starting / debugging / etc a server are old, poorly integrated, bypass the official wtp API, and provide limited to no value.
