Since https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=424104 is now fixed; ehen https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=313553 is fixed and Tycho uses it, then dependency resolution from p2 (hence Tycho) should include dependencies also according to Provide/Require-Capability.
