We have no plans at present to do a point release, but if you insisted on one, we could certainly consider providing one.  The latest nightly site has just a couple of additional fixes to Docker Tools (a good thing) and bumps up the version numbers to the next release (3.2.0) due in December for Oxygen.2 so it should be fine as long as you are ok with the version bump.
