    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Start DevStudio
2. Devstudio detects CDK
3. Start CDK
4. An Error message is shown to set up credentials for CDK
5. Edit CDK server adapter
6. "Edit..." button for credentials is enabled, even is there no account:

7. Edit a Credential dialog is shown, but with empty Username
