Finally did the first chunk of this today, but it should be noted that PRIVATE bugzillas which cannot be read w/o first logging in cannot be parsed. So did a proof of concept using 3 Fedora issues.

Here are the 3 RHBZ issues [4] as they appear in the newly created Eclipse Team agile board [5], along with lots of EBZ issues and a couple of test DEVTOOLS issues.
