However if I try to install everything from Central WHILE a Central install is going on, I DO get your error message:

 !what-the-what.png|thumbnail! 

So maybe the issue is that download.jboss.org is overloaded right now and is not 100% consistently serving content. I imagine when we copy everything to Akamai mirrors, we'll get better performance.
