[~adietish] i made it intentionally. I think it mustn't be started when you create an application, because it's not what you want, actually - you just create application and "configure" Eclipse for your work.

In the opposite, when you create the server adapter itself - you do it intentionally to use it right away, that's why it makes sense to start it automatically.
