The servertools itests have been updated to test against CR1. This job passes on RHEL and on OSX, and is failing in some rare cases on windows for unknown reasons at this time. However manual tests seem to indicate everything functions as expected. 

Given the above information, I would assume something is wrong in the eap7x-jbds-compatibility job, especially since it runs against RHEL and it's passing against RHEL in the itests.weekly job.
