As to browsing Fedora / Koji for packages, here's how:

1. Search: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/search?match=glob&type=package&terms=eclipse-m2e*
2. Explore: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=953415

Fedora has 1.8.0 right now so we'll need to [get 1.8.1 built there too|https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1489929] so that this dependency in devstudio rpm can be resolved from upstream rpm rather than devstudio update site.
