[~jeffmaury] I believe that things did improve with my changes for JBIDE-24184 and as [~rob.stryker] already mentioned, I cannot see what else we can do. If you can still experience slowness this must be some upstream issue. Can you please confirm/refute?
Resolving this as *WONTFIX*. Please feel free to reopen it if you think that we should report upstream.
