Could be caused by JBDS-3894 and our not having newer integration stack content in the site than 11.0.0. stuff from before the refactoring. 

When [~pleacu] drops integration stack 11.1.0.GA (or a pre-GA milestone?), this should be fixed. See JBDS-3894 for PRs applied to do the refactoring from .jbds to .devstudio namespace.
