Yes it was a bad decison to remove this without giving another posibility to start or restart if server is running..
The only thing i have found is a feature (LaunchBar) in General purpose Tools on the Oxygen Update Site, but that feature is crap (Takes a huge amount of Toolbarspace and has no "Restart if running" thing).
