> In order to minimize user's interaction with command line while using CDK tooling in IDE, please, think of way how to provide option to delete CDK/Minishift configuration over server adapter. Because we already have context menu item 'Delete' on server adapter, we should think of something else, imho one of following could be a way:
> #1 Add check box into CDK server editor ("Delete CDK on stop") and call delete after adapter is stopped
