TODO 1: replace symlink 
{code}photon -> ../../oxygen/stable/updates/{code} with symlink to first JBT milestone once 4.6.0.AM1 is released

TODO 2: replace symlink to 4.6.0.AM1 with symlink to 4.6.0.Final once released
