Additional change pushed by Aurelien and Mat [0], to fix JBDS-4727:

This pulls a newer version of ASM bundles (6.2.0.v20180723-2102 -> 6.2.0.v20180807-1520) from I-build of Orbit [1].

New TP has the same 11 dupe IUs as above, except that the ASM versions are now 6.2.0.v20180807-1520 instead of the glitchy 6.2.0.v20180723-2102 version.
