[~odockal] Please consider asking for stuff before the code freeze. :D 

Had you told me about this on Wednesday, I could have picked it up (and we'd have seen all the places that a new RD breaks Docker Tooling and JBoss Tools tests plugins. 

Anyway, I'll grab newer RD for the next TP update planned for M3. `For sprint 154 / AM3: simrel M3`
