[~nickboldt] I've added https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-jst/pull/594 in order to adopt JUnit test to Tern.java 1.3. Also, since display text of most of proposals is changed, I've changed version of Tern.java to 1.3.0 in dependencies.
