               Description: RH Central error message is outdated, as F27 does not contain package webkitgtk3, only webkitgtk4.
        Steps to Reproduce: 
0. Install devstudio
1. export environment variable: SWT_GTK3=0
2. Start devstudio
4. RH Central shows error message
                   Summary: Improve error message in central when webkitgtk is not installed  (was: Improve error message when central is not installed)
    Workaround Description: Do not use variable: SWT_GTK3=0
                Workaround: Workaround Exists
