I created https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-maven-plugins/pull/66 to remove the snapshot usage as Tycho 1.1.0 has ben released.
@nboldt I guess a new release of /jbosstools-maven-plugins will be nice in order to use a non-snapshot version in parent build https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/blob/master/parent/pom.xml#L39
