It is currently not possible to install jaxws-repo and use m2e connector using recommended way because Repository http://coderplus.com/m2e-update-sites/jaxws-maven-plugin/ is broken and installing it results in:
Unable to read repository at http://coderplus.com/m2e-update-sites/jaxws-maven-plugin/content.xml.
Unable to read repository at http://coderplus.com/m2e-update-sites/jaxws-maven-plugin/content.xml.
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

http://coderplus.com/m2e-update-sites/jaxws-maven-plugin/content.xml shows Page 404 not found.

Problem is filed in Eclipse Marketplace:
