if I use the command _net localgroup "Hyper-V Administrators" "DESKTOP-9NT300B\Aurelien Pupier" /add_ it seems to better work:

C:\Windows\System32>net localgroup "Hyper-V Administrators" "DESKTOP-9NT300B\Aurelien Pupier" /add
System error 1378 has occurred.

The specified account name is already a member of the group.
