Dupe of  JBDS-4716. 

I believe the cause is one of two things:

a) https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-product/commit/59a69aa6af2dc0d5f02fc7c8652f37faa50c8f00
or
b) https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-product/commit/0873841e916c3a59d0dcdbcf43a114585858db7c

Building now in jenkins to verify -- couldn't reproduce in a local build.
