I cannot replicate this any more. Refreshing works fine and updates the replicas.
Resolving as OUTDATED.
I cannot reproduce this any more. Replicas are updated once I (re-)select the deployment config or refresh in the "Properties" view. It's worth noting that JBIDE-22237 wont happen any more.
