I installed Oxygen2 and JBT 4.5.2.Final form Eclipse Marketplace, then I disabled all update sites and added only 4.5.3.AM2 staging update site \[1\].

I tried Check For Updates and got this error:

Oxygen 2 includes org.eclipse.recommenders.mylyn.rcp 2.5.0
Oxygen 3 includes org.eclipse.recommenders.mylyn.rcp 2.5.1
But our update site don't include o.e.r.mylyn.

Maybe you didn't get this problem because you had enabled some additional update sites (e. q. Oxygen update site).

I tested also update via Install New Software and got following error:

Eclipse offered quite good solution when I choosed "Show original error" and checked "Update" and "Remove". Then it wanted to uninstall o.e.r.mylyn, so I suppose that once you fix mylyn issue, this error dissapears too.
