The alternative layout where you also drop the additional line for "Environment Variables" is much worse to me: The labels for the username- and password-field wont vertically align to the other lines. So for the line with the "Environment Variables" using an additional is justified, while to me it isnt for the "Registration" where there seems to be enough room for the widget to be right behind the "grouping" label and vertically aligned with the widgets in the upper lines.
