I'd move it to the block which currently holds *Deploy Latest* and *Scale* since it's more of a miscellanous item, so that we can keep the basic ordering (like it is in the Project Explorer)

* *Delete*
* *Import*
* *Refresh*
* *Miscellaneous*
* *Properties*
