This is due to the underlying logic in docker-client, but is expected.  A Docker Connection that is terminated tries to restart itself over and over again in a loop (this prevents the end-user from having to manually restart a connection when the daemon starts after the Eclipse session).  The docker-client dependency ends up printing these error messages on a failed retry to a connection specified by socket.  We could try and see if it is possible to intercept the messages or to limit the retries to a certain amount and then increase the time between retries.  Currently a user can either a) restart the connection b) delete the connection
