Ondrej told me he can't reproduce the bug - when he cancels the warning dialog when you run Setup CDK, it will properly cancel the action for him. As I said, what happened to me was that the server adapter was changed to Started. But... I can't reproduce it now :( So I will resolve this again, but my other questions still stand and I hope to hear from [~rob.stryker] :)
