[~nickboldt] in order to fix the failing itests on Photon TP we need to update RedDeer to latest 2.1.1-snapshot http://download.eclipse.org/reddeer/snapshots/

2.1.1 will be released by the end of May.

[~jeffmaury] 2.1.1 contains fix for the failing OpenPerspective requirement.
