thanks for adding it back - don't undrstand why we would still want to mark it deprecated.

on about how it was removed:
You can seriously not remove stuff based on usage and install #s alone. Then you should remove openshift too then.
In this case it seems it was not even considered what functionallity the plugin is providing. 

About maintanence, Livereload plugin is probably the most cleanest plugin/code we got to maintain - should be possible to maintain by almost anyone. It is seriously simple. Have anyone even pinged Xavier for a walkthrough of the code before making the decison it was unmaintainable ?
