    Workaround Description: 
WORKAROUND for 12.0 [1] and 12.9 [2] users:

a) Help > Install new software > add the [appropriate URL for the compatible DTP|https://www.eclipse.org/datatools/downloads.php] site
b) select enablement features > install
c) restart when prompted
