[~nickboldt] filed https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-locus/pull/61 as discussed. Those 2 bundles are required by rsp-server (vscode server extension) in p2. Locus being the ideal place for this. Added them as maven artifacts copying what I found for fuse.
