_Hello everyone,_

_I would like to spread awareness about possible bias introduced to download-manager (DM) statistics among quality engineers who use accounts (either redhat.com or any other domain) registered at developers.redhat.com/jboss.org and utilize them to download software via DM in CI processes (in automated tests)._

_For instance, I am using test account to download CDK via Devstudio (using DM) and run integration tests suite with downloaded bits. This happens on incoming PR, when new CDK or devstudio is released, etc._

_Also, testing matrix includes multiple OSes. Having said that, one can see that this traffic is biasing stats of DM usage. In cases like this, it is necessary to exclude such account from the statistics. _

_If you suspect or consider yourself (your team) to be using DM in this way, it will be nice to write an email to help at jboss.org, or if you require further assistance or escalation, get in touch with dhladky at redhat.com directly._

_P.S. If you think that this info should be spread to other channels (lists) as well, feel free to do so._
