    Workaround Description: 
Workaround 1:
Check system java. It should be set to Java 8 if you want to run remote local server with java 8 env.

Workaround2:
One can use one of:
WildFly 14 with java 8 runtime
WildFly 16 with Java 11
JBoss EAP 7.2 with Java 11 runtime
