[~zcervink] trying to sync up your findings with this jira: you're saying that for you 12.13.AM1 is working on MacOS 10.14.6 you have it working - [~javiervivanco] says that 12.12.GA is not usable on MacOS 10.14.4 - but you see warnings. Can you please confirm?
Is it possible for you to verify 12.12.GA on 10.14.4? The missing file reported in this jira could easily be a corrupt download/install/zip?
