To give a bit more info on the effects of this upgrade...

It breaks the generation of our deployment artifacts. So whenever we try to build and deploy a project to Fuse runtime it will fail because the Manifest was not generated (afair).
This is a blocking issue in my opinion because it breaks the whole deployment functionality of Fuse Eclipse Tooling. I suggest to make this a blocker level issue.
