After todays testing I have to reopen this JIRA. The issue is not fixed, I have performed 2 tests and in both cases the error is still there.
h3. Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java Developers installation details (both tests have same installation details):
* Version: 2019-09 R (4.13.0)
* Build id: 20190917-1200
h3. OS X versions details:
* 10.14.6
* 10.11.6
