    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Download and Install CR studio 12.13.0.AM1-v20190923-0612-B5030
2. Servers View -> New Server
3. Choose CDK 3.2+ or (3) -> Next
4. In the next page, fill in all proper information and valid minishift binary, etc.
5. ASSERT: No error reported, wizard can be finished, server adapter is created
Actual result: I got 'The selected folder does not have a Vagrantfile' error and cannot finish the wizard.
