Afaics there are 2 things missing here:
* correct ide-config.properties: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-download.jboss.org/blob/master/jbosstools/configuration/ide-config.properties#L7
* deploy https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-central-webpage to the location that's indicated in the above properties.

[~jkopriva], [~psrna], [~nickboldt]: I am missing the deploy bits, couldn't find a job in jenkins. Dare to help me out please?
