Right now, the up to date document is this one : https://help.eclipse.org/2019-12/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fporting%2Fremovals.html 
it does not indicates any removals for 2019-12, but we should verify anyway.
